Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Marine Market Analyst to join our Marine team in Kennesaw, GA. This role is responsible for gathering, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting business data statistics to Marine Group management for the purposes of strategic planning and implementation.

What you'll be doing:
- Provide key marine team members with monthly industry data from NMMA concerning the wholesale and retail sales of outboard engines, boats, and personal watercraft.
- Work closely with management on preparation of presentations for customers/management meeting.
- Provide support to the business planning process of Marine Executive Management and Operations.
- Provide clear communication of insights and deliver actionable recommendations to management and other internal stakeholders.
- Gather and study key performance indicators, provide warranty and product trend analysis, and maintain dashboards.
- Work with accounting to understand monthly warranty financial results and report to management with directional opinions.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to supply pertinent information about service operations.
- Support special projects with internal divisions, Marine Business Unit subsidiaries, and external business partners.
What you need to be successful:
- BA/BS degree in Business or a related field is required
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience and proficiency with MS Office including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge and experience with Power Bi, Power Automate, and Power Query editor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 5 - 10% travel required with potential for longer-term special project assignments
