Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a National Account Manager to join out Golf Car team in Kennesaw, GA. The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key national accounts to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills and will involve promoting and selling Yamaha Golf Cars and Utility Vehicles to Golf Management companies and National Accounts. Additionally, this role is responsible for prospecting, developing, and maintain National Accounts. Additionally, they will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and maintaining National Accounts while achieving wholesale and retail sales goals.

What you'll be doing:
- Achieve sales targets on an annual basis. Manage and grow sales and accounts Nationwide to achieve both wholesale and retail sales goals.
- Prospect and develop new Accounts both in and out of the golf industry as well as service the Accounts to ensure their continued success.
- Add Management Companies that YGC has not previously done business with by working directly with their management team(s).
- Establish strategic relationships, demonstrate strong customer service and effective management of Accounts.
- Identify any operational issues that might arise and escalates to senior management to resolve them with the appropriate internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and act as the point of contact for national clients.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
What you'll need to be successful:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required. College Degree is Preferred but not necessary.
- 7+ years of Sales or Sales Management Experience.
- Computer Skills, MS Office, Excel, Power Point
- Driver's License with a clean Driving Record
- Ability travel 60%, including weekends
- Solid experience in sales and customer service.
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with the Golf Industry preferred and is a plus.
