Materials Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for order pulling, shipping, receiving and processing work orders for Customer Service. Performs various other duties as needed to ensure warranty parts are pulling and outgoing freight is shipped correctly.

JOB DUTIES:
• Works closely with other warehouse departments to pull correct warranty parts needed to fill Customer Service work orders
• Responsible for all data entry along with document control and signing for incoming freight as assigned
• Responsible for maintaining and updating chemical usage and data as assigned
• Shipping with FedEx, UPS, and orders to Canada
• Organizes, cleans, and stocks warehouse shelves, bins, and storage area
• Retrieves and delivers inventory or materials to other warehouse departments as needed
• Maintains proper paperwork necessary for inventory control purposes
• Responsible for periodic and special inventories and reconciles material warehouse for these inventories
• Responsible for receiving and unloading trucks and deliveries of raw and bulk materials as assigned
• Uses forklift, cranes, hoist, dollies, and all other warehouse equipment as required
• Material cutting such as carpet and woven fiberglass
• Aids in training new employees on Materials A, B & C job duties
• Keeps work area and equipment clean and in proper operating condition
• All other duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to perform walking, standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in either heat or cold
• Ability to work around dust, fumes, chemicals, dirt, and fibers
• Ability to read and write
• Manual dexterity
• Have good attendance habits
• Working knowledge of computer
